3. Scheduling and Appointments
You may schedule an appointment through our website. Once you schedule an appointment, we will confirm the appointment via email. Please ensure all information provided is accurate to avoid any delays or issues.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
4. Payments
Payment for services will be due upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Cash, Check, Venmo, Cashapp, Google Pay, Zelle & ACH. Invoices not paid within 15 days will incur a late fee of 7% per month.
5. Refunds
Our services are backed by a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 15 days to request a refund or a reservice.
